Landlord Cert

It is a legal requirement by UK government law that landlords that rent a property or part of a property must have all gas appliances and pipe worked checked and certified every 12 months.

Upon successful certification a certificate is issued to prove that the respective property has been checked. Only a Gas Safe registered engineer can only issue a certificate after a successful check. Jeff and Sons are Gas Safe registered and can carry out the necessary checks and issue the certificate.

To issue a Landlords CP12 Gas Safety Certificate we will check the following and more at the respective property :

Gas tightness check for every gas appliances and full system	Operation check of all flame failure devices
All respective pressure checks e.g. gas rate, standing, working	Check of all system support structures
Test flow of combustion product through flue	Unsafe operation investigation
